1.High Frequency Powerful Spindle

The high quality SESAME series CNC milling machines are equipped with a 4.5kw water-cooled or 4.5kw air-cooled high frequency spindle. This precision spindle is maintenance free and utilizes industry standard ER acquisition. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000RPM with pneumatic retractable vacuum shroud.

2. Machine Base

The base frame is constructed of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved to keep the foundation true and stable for the life of the machine.

3.Anodized Aluminum Spindle Fixing Plate

The spindle is fixed on high quality aviation aluminum T6061/6063 plate with anodized finish, the plate is machined by high precision CNC machining center.

4.Dust cover for guide rail and rack and pinion

The guide rail, rack and pinion of the machine are designed with dust cover to reduce friction and make the guide rail and rack have longer service life.

5.Double insurance emergency stop button

It is equipped with double insurance emergency stop switch. When encountering an emergency, workers can press any emergency stop button and the machine will stop working.

6.TBI high precision ball screw drive (Taiwan)

7.Patented design 1:4 gear reducer + stepping 450B drive motor

Patented design 1:4 gear reducer is mounted on the drive motor to make the motor more powerful and longer life. All axes are mounted with stepping motors to ensure that the gantry and spindle are accurately positioned at high speeds according to a predetermined program. The stepper motors have been well proven to be highly reliable. The machine is fitted with 4 motors.

8.Hiwin/PMI square rail & high quality helical rack and pinion

Sesame selects heavy-duty linear guide, high assembly flange slider and PMI linear guide. Y-axis adopts double-row four-column guideway, with strong carrying capacity, high speed, smooth running, high precision and long life, Sesame rack adopts high-precision 1.25 helical rack and pinion, which is matched with professional motor and equipped with professional deceleration device, with smooth running, high speed, high precision and low noise.

9.CNC tool sensor

This device takes the guesswork out of tool changing and ensures that every tool path you run is accurate. Maintaining a consistent Z-height during tool changes is critical, especially when running multi-tool jobs such as cabinet work, raised panel doors and complex 3D

engraving projects.

CNC tool sensors can be programmed to easily and accurately zero "Z" for single and multiple tool changes.

10. Bed

The machine bed is made of 100*300mm square tube welded, compared with ordinary machines, we use the square tube model to better reflect the stability of the equipment.

The machine gantry is made of 150*200mm square tube with 8mm wall thickness.

11.Control box

The control box has universal wheels and can be moved, we will reserve at least 2.5 meters of wire for customers to move the control box. It is usually placed under the bed in front of the machine for easy access.
