5.5kw Water Cooling Spindle

The High-quality SESAME series CNC Router machine comes with a 5.5kw water-cooled high-frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry-standard ER25 collects, support cutter size of 3.175, 4, 6, 8, 12.7, 16mm. Fully programmable speeds from 18000 to 24000RPM.

CCD Camera

Based on standard SESAME CNC, added visual positioning function, equipped with a professional 1.5-megapixel industrial camera, powerful image recognition, more accurate cutting. Single system control, eliminating the switching system of the second boot, save time and effort. A set of control systems with spindle engraving cutting and CCD automatic tracing-edge functions.

UTECH Patent Type Reducer

UTECH equipment is equipped with a standard reducer structure---patented step reducer/Japan SHIMPO reducer 1:5/1:10. Compared with the reduction gear and the structure inside the gearbox, the belt of the timing belt has a certain tension and is easy to loosen. It is often necessary to change the belt. There is also a gearbox for the machine to decelerate. When the machine needs to decelerate and stop, the gearbox has no effect. Obviously, and due to the use of timing belts, great inertia is easy to slip and overtravel.

The reducer has the characteristics of low backlash, low noise, high strength, and accurate deceleration effect.

Control System

SESAME CCD uses Multech/Xingduowei controller, controller by computer, you can view the work path visually. Support multiple workpiece coordinate systems, access workpiece coordinate systems. Support line number processing, breakpoint continues, power continues, cycle processing.

Oil Mist Cooling System

Oil mist lubricator is driven by compressed air, sprays oil fog particles in the size between 0.5 and 15. It's applied for lubrication and cooling of lubrication points. It's equipped with an electromagnetic valve. When connected with the main unit electric control, it can realize control of lubrication time. It’s ideal for coolant tools for cutting metal. The result is higher material removal rates, improved finish, tighter tolerances, and increased productivity.

Forklift Location

Dust Cover for Rail Guide and Gear Rack

The machine is designed with the dust cover for the guide rail and the helical rack and gear, to reduce friction, make the rail and the rack have a longer service life.

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

SESAME choose a heavy-duty linear guide rail with a high assembly Flange sliding block and PMI linear guide. The Y-axis adopts a double-row four-column guide rail, with strong bearing force, fast speed, smooth operation, high precision, and high life span.

Rack of Sesame adopts a high-precision 1.25 helical rack, which is complementary with the professional motor and professional deceleration device, which runs smoothly, high speed, high precision, and low noise.

Tool Sensor

CNC Tool Sensor allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.

1/ If machine delivery via LCL, then would packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and standard export plywood box.
2/ If machine delivery via FCL, then dont need wood box, would packed with warpping film and EPE foam.
