1. Spindle
Adoption of Italian OILSPEED industrial grade electric spindle! A significant increase in transverse shear force allows it to be adapted to cutting programmes with different speed parameters.
2. Tools
Standard type with 4 linear tools, use BT30 holder. It can also be replaced with a rotary tool changer, which can add 8-12 tools.
3. Guide & Rail
Imported linear guide rail/rack, high precision, stable transmission, long life, good stability.
4. Table Surface
Unique electric plate vacuum adsorption + T-slot table, four independent control and can absorb and clamp plates of different sizes.
5. SHIMPO Reducer
Adopt Japan SHIMPO precision reducer, reduction ratio is 1:10, has the function of buffering, small volume, large torque, small noise, high transmission accuracy.
6. Head piece
The machine head is made of T6061/6030 aluminum parts by a professional CNC machining center. After oxidation surface and low-temperature annealing treatment, the machine head is lighter and more durable.
