UTECH CNC Plasma Cutting Machine
This CNC plasma cutting machine adopts a high-strength thickened steel structure bed. The whole machine has undergone professional heat treatment and stress relief process to effectively prevent deformation and ensure that the equipment still maintains excellent cutting accuracy and stability during long-term continuous operation. Equipped with a linear guide system imported from Taiwan, it has smooth movement and ensures that the vertical cutting surface is neat and beautiful, which is particularly suitable for metal processing tasks with high cutting quality requirements. The whole machine is compatible with a variety of stable and reliable control systems, including Beijing Starfire system/ Start system/ FLMC-2300A or DSP system, and is equipped with an arc voltage automatic height adjustment (THC) control system as standard. It can intelligently adjust the height of the cutting nozzle according to the surface fluctuations of the metal plate, effectively avoiding cutting or hanging in the air, and ensuring the continuity and consistency of each cutting line.
In order to deal with the large amount of smoke and dust generated during the thick plate cutting process, the equipment can also be equipped with a water tank system (free configuration) according to demand, which significantly reduces the diffusion of smoke and improves the cleanliness and safety of the operating environment. The whole machine supports flexible customization, including effective working area, appearance structure, electrical configuration, etc. It is widely used in sheet metal processing, machinery and equipment manufacturing, steel structure engineering, metal component cutting and other industries. It is an ideal plasma cutting solution that integrates practicality, scalability and economy.
