UTECH M3000S ATC CNC Router utilizes cutting-edge manufacturing processes and engineering design. Auto Tool Changer Principle:
The machine uses a cylinder power system to control the pushing and retracting of the tool magazine and is equipped with more than four sensors to repeatedly confirm the working environment to ensure the correct operation of the system. Compared with the traditional fixed tool magazine structure, the error tolerance rate is greatly improved, ensuring the service life of the tool magazine and the danger brought by operating errors. The increased tool magazine shell effectively prevents dust accumulation, reduces airflow, and plays a certain role in inhibiting tool holder oxidation.

1/ How will the machine package be?
------If machine delivery via LCL, then would be packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and standard export plywood box; If machine delivery via FCL, then don't need a wood box, would be packed with wrapping film and EPE foam.
2/ What can the machine do?
------This kind of machine belongs to our SOFIA ATC series, it's suitable for the advertising and woodworking industry, most of the materials, like wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, foam, PVC, plastic, etc, all could be processed. Much suitable for the woodworking industry, for making furniture, such as cabinets, doors, tables, and chairs, etc.
Machine configurations and designs could be customized. Optional parts like auto tool changer, oscillating knife, CCD camera, oil mist cooling system, water tank, etc, all could be changed according to what you want. Just tell us your requirement.
3/ After the machine arrived if I don't know how to assemble and use it, how can I do it?
------Except specific machine, usually be installed already, you just need to connect some wires, and some extra parts such as a water pump, vacuum pump, etc(if your machine has). About specific machines, such as the 4th axis CNC, when we dismantle at our factory, we'll take video for you, and our design team also will make 360° video, for showing machine how to dismantle and assemble, then you'll know how you can do it. We also provide online and Tel help, usually if our customer meets some problem, we'll build a talking group via Whatsapp, Skype, or WeChat with our designer, technical person, seller together, could solve the problem quickly.
4/ If my parts are broken, how can I do it?
------The whole machine has one year warranty. If some parts are broken, you can take a video for us, we'll help you check the problem, if cannot be solved, we'll send a new one for you for replacement. If you buy our machine, about spare machine parts, we also give you an agent price.
