5.5kw Water Cooling Spindle
The High-quality SESAME series CNC Router machine comes with a 5.5kw water-cooled high-frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry-standard ER25 collects, support cutter size of 3.175, 4, 6, 8, 12.7, 16mm. Fully programmable speeds from 18000 to 24000RPM.
CCD Camera
Based on standard SESAME CNC, added visual positioning function, equipped with a professional 1.5-megapixel industrial camera, powerful image recognition, more accurate cutting. Single system control, eliminating the switching system of the second boot, save time and effort. A set of control systems with spindle engraving cutting and CCD automatic tracing-edge functions.
UTECH Patent Type Reducer
UTECH equipment is equipped with a standard reducer structure---patented step reducer/Japan SHIMPO reducer 1:5/1:10. Compared with the reduction gear and the structure inside the gearbox, the belt of the timing belt has a certain tension and is easy to loosen. It is often necessary to change the belt. It's equipped with an electromagnetic valve. When connected with the main unit electric control, it can realize control of lubrication time. It’s ideal for coolant tools for cutting metal.
